Q: Do the candidates speak English?
A: Yes, all of our candidates speak English. Depending on the role you are looking to fill, we tailor our recruiting to match the required English proficiency.
Q: What hours do the candidates work?
A: Our candidates are recruited to work the hours you require, regardless of their local time zone.
Q: Do you provide any benefits like healthcare, PTO, 401K?
A: Our standard contracts include paid time off (PTO). Healthcare and retirement savings are not typically part of the contract agreement, as the candidates are full-time contractors, not employees. However, offering an additional stipend for healthcare can be an effective incentive, and health insurance is generally quite affordable in other countries (e.g., around $800/year in Mexico).
Q: How long is the contract with Sagan?
A: There is no set time period for our contracts. Our goal is to find and integrate the best global talent into your business for as long as possible.
Q: What happens if a global hire leaves?
A: If a contractor decides to leave, we will source a replacement for you at no additional charge.
Q: What does hiring entail - Do I get to interview candidates?
A: Yes, you can choose to interview your candidates. Our hiring process includes an initial consultation, a detailed session to create necessary documents and processes, candidate review and selection, and regular follow-ups to ensure smooth integration.
Q: How do you bill us?
A: After selecting a candidate, we will send you a contract form with a payment link for credit card information. We bill monthly using this card.
